CPEx Group Updates Its Commercial Proposal Template

As part of its ongoing commitment to transparency, process improvement, and providing an even better customer experience, CPEx Group announces the update of its commercial proposal template.

The revised proposal includes improvements to the document structure, incorporating a formal procedure for product reclassification and for managing changes that may occur during the certification process.

These updates are intended to make communication between CPEx Group and its customers even clearer, while providing greater efficiency in handling technical and administrative changes, always in accordance with the applicable conformity assessment requirements.

It is important to emphasize that these revisions do not affect CPEx Group's commitment to quality, impartiality, and technical excellence, which remain the foundation of all activities carried out by the company as a Product Certification Body (PCB) and a laboratory specialized in equipment for explosive atmospheres.

Customers will receive the updated proposal template in future quotations, service requests, renewals, and certification processes. All relevant information regarding these changes will be available within the proposal itself and may be reviewed during the commercial process.
